The cygwin/ linux pdftotext program gives you two options -l and -f l is for
last page to convert and f is for first page.  This combined with a  script
will do what you want.  You start out by converting the first 10 pages and
continue then you will have it converted in 10 page sections.  That or you
could do it by the single page if you really wanted to.

Hello!
I've got a very large pdf file here, text pal doesn't seem to like it, only
takes a few pages.
Is there any way to split a pdf into multiple files?
