CVs and SVN are two open source source control products which work across the internet. SVN has a web interface. I do not know about CVS.

Web inter face?
I thought it was all done with 'svn' from the cli?
svn commit
svn diff
svn up
svn checkout
etc

Dunno about graphical clients though.

What do you mean by web interface?

Yes svn would be a better choice than CVS...
CVS I don't think is as powerful and is a lot harder to check out and stuff... Also the only thing with SVN is the source code takes up a lot more space...

Thanks,
