Re: some off topic, but help please

I think PicoStreamer can be also used for listening with Winamp.

  Hello!
Ok, I'll try that later when I've got what I wanted.
The thing I want to firstly, is to have an internet radio that people can
listen to using windows media player.
Then I'll consider to use the Pico Streamer thing so that people can listen
from the website as well.
I hope there are good streaming source things available out there, I've
searched the hole day but didn't find anything for windows except the shoutcast
dsp plugin and other winamp stuff.

    Hi,

I haven't tried it yet, but search for Pico Streamer.

I heard that it can work on port 80, so it won't be blocked by some
firewalls.

      Hello!
This might be off topic, but I need help, so I decided to ask here anyway.
I want to begin with an internet radio, something like what acb radio is
doing.
      What servers are good?
I've tried shoutcast, and that works, but that requires winamp both in
order to stream and listen.
Is there any other good software out there that doesn't require that?
I've treid icecast as well, but don't know what streaming client to use
      /Kristoffer
