MessageHi,
I think it's mathematically impossible.
The richest and most corrupt media interests in the world can't stop the
downloaders in spite of the DMCA, DRM, and bogus lawsuits.

I need to do this like that because the website is being created for a band
that has unpublished songs they want to have played online as a demo. They
don't want their unpublished demo songs downloaded and circulated everywhere
and possibly getting them into a little trouble...

Hi Andy - Why would you want to do this? From a usability point of view, it
isn't always pleasant to have to sit in front of a computer to listen to files;
I would much prefer to listen to them on another device. Indeed, I find that I
almost never make use of streams that cannot be downloaded, so it is likely to
repel some of your visitors. Of course, it depends on the actual content: for
instance, books must never be streamed (what if you wanted to stop halfway and
then resume a few days later?), whereas music seems more workable this way, as
does live content. -Graham.

Hi...
I have to stream mp3 files from an asp.net 2.0 website. I am trying to figure
out how you can let any visiter to the site play them but not download them.
Most of the examples out there show how in flash, but is there another way?
