yes, you've did them wrong.
Internet explorer and firefox come by default with javascript on them.
See on the status bar if you don't have errors.
Also you must enable java script debuging from internet options to see dialogs
and can do debug.
To be bad, you've already learned well programming in c#, vb.net and now is
javascript time?

did a java script tutorial from http://www.blindgeeks.org
but the security information bar does not come up.
in internet explorer 8 and firefox 3.5.
any ideas.
