changing keyboard settings for Jaws

Hi and sorry for offtopicness,
Does anyone know why the Jaws scripts for Winamp don't allow setting the tab
key to not speak when it is pressed?
I've set in Configuration Manager/Keyboard options to mute the tab key, but
in Winamp it still speaks.
These settings are made both in Winamp.jcf and default.jcf and it works in
all the programs but Winamp.
