MessageAh, wow, thanks for sharing this! I think we've all been wondering how
to change the layout of the columns, so it's good to know that you've found
some workaround. Thanks again, greatly appreciated!

Figured out the problem... You have to go to the datasources window (alt
shift d). Arrow down to the column you want to change the control for and route
jaws to pc. right arrow until you hear "blank" 3 times after the end of the
column name and then do left mouse button....

there may be a "pain in the rear" method for doing what is needed, I
remember when I took my access class at the college, there was one item in the
forms window, a grey square, that had to be clicked to invoke certain
functions, and the jaws I had then didn't have any alternative to do this.

what I did was I got a sighted person to sit with me looking at the
monitor, and I moved my jaws cursor down the screen so it was in line with the
thing, found something around that area that the jaws cursor could "see" a
graphic on the screen, then hand arrowed the cursor one point over until my
assistant said it was in the square and I could left click it with the number
pad mouse key.

though slow and a pain, you might be able to get to your "arrow" this way

if you know anything about jaws scripting, and/or can find out how to get
the positional information of the jaws cursor, someone may be able to add it to
scripts with a hot key combo so it is useable.

Hi, I think this is a bug in the MSAA implementation of the IDE, as no
screen reader can get to it either, never mind the user. The only way you can
possibly do this is to copy the controls to the clipboard, ensuring that a form
is open, and paste the contents, however it'll be in some table layout form. I
asked this very question a few months back, so that's how I was told about this
"bug". Hope that helps.

Does anybody know how to do this in datasources window? The tutorials
always say to click the arrow next to the column name and choose detail, but I
cant even get that far... any ideas?
