I got one two and was equally puzzled.
I did not use the link but I did go to the site. It is one of those
community sites, a sort of blind facebook in a way so far as I could tell.
I don't know how they arrived at my e-mail address either.

I just got an email from something called blinknation asking that I click

a link to confirm my subscription. I never subscribed to this and in fact
have never heard of it, and I don't know who might have submitted my name.
Does anyone know what blinknation is? I don't think I'm interested in
joining, but it puzzles me how they got my name.
