basic setup for visualstudio 2008

Good afternoon listers,
I have downloaded the latest visual studio scripts msenv2005.exe and have
installed them.
What are the best settings for visual studio 2008 to make it work with the
most success with jaws 10.
The problem I am having is when dropping a custom grid control onto the form
and later cannot select it.
