You want the first choice in the list of Python installers -- the one
for 32-bit rather than 64-bit computers (I'm assuming you are not using
a 64-bit computer).  If you accept the installer defaults, Python will
be installed at
C:\Python25

Regarding Ruby, You want the One Click Installer from
http://www.ruby-lang.org
I think there is only one version for Windows (if not, the same
reasoning would apply).  It would install to
C:\Ruby (ruby.exe is in C:\Ruby\bin).
