I'm just curious, what is that program? Why does it sound so familiar to me?
It sounds like you don't have the correct library installed, so the program's
looking for it.

I am making up a Makefile to use msvc to generate the dll for liblouis.
When the mile invokes link.exe it says it can't open uuid.lib What is this, and
where do i get it? This Makefile will become part of the liblouis distribution,
thus ending once and for all any problems with porting liblouis to Windows. A
similar approach will be taken with liblouisutdml.
