WORD PRESS AND PHP

HI.
GOT XAMP INSTALLED.
AND NOW TRYING TO INSTALL WORD PRESS.
BUT GETTING THIS ERROR.
HOW TO TURN ON PHP.
THIS IS GIVING ME A MIGRAIN.
