  WE is problematic with the wysiwyg editors like the Forms Designer in Visual 
Studio. I use the mouse to move around it and get some sighted help when I get 
stuck at present. When the scripting version of WE comes out there may be some 
help here. You might see if you can find any graphics and label them with the 
help of a sighted person, I have not tried that yet. If your window is complex 
or large scrolling might be a problem also. Anyway, the mouse is the only way I 
know of working with the Forms Designer which I use to get to the Events on the 
Properties Window since the Properties Window from the Text Editor does not 
have the Events on the Tool Bar, sigh.
