RE: Upgrading .Net versionsRE: developing and building sites

Thanks, I'll look at the link.  After downloading the .Net 3.x installation,
I just could not figure how to get VS 2005 to allow me to use .Net 3.xx
functions (items in System.Speech for instance).

I assumed that there would be some sort of dialogue in VS that I could use
to set my dependencies where I could change library revision.

refers to VS 2005 extensions for dot net 3.  I don't know enough about the 
problem to tell if this is what you need.
