What does php do that asp.net does not? You can just as easily use css
with asp.net (as asp.net like PHP is server side), so we're just
comparing php to asp.net, minus css and Javascript.
If you can afford a windows server asp.net is quite nice, all be it a
pain to configure IIS like it should be.

Subject: The Best Programming Tool/platform for Windows 7?
Hi all!
I have a question. I've been subscribed to this list, but haven't
looked at topics lately. Which tool/platform is best for creating
simple applications in Windows 7 that would work well with Jaws 12?
Are people still using VB6?
Thanks!
Sharon
