You shouldn't even need the JAB, Eclipse uses SWT controls. The whole thing is actually pretty accessible if you ask me, barring some plugin developer doing something exceedingly strange. Some screen reader side tweaking could knock up efficiency some by automatically reading certain data and the like, but that's about it. The largest obstacles for blinks are the same as for anyone--Eclipse is a pretty beefy and extensible beast, so it can take some time to get comfortable with how it keeps house.
