Hi Matthew,
If this utility does not exist, you could script it.
Either script your choice of hot keys to type the repetative stuff or create
a dialog with a list of the stuff you have to type all the time to choose
from.
If you can't find such a utility and you need some help scripting, I'd be
happy to help you with it.

Subject: Shorthand Utility for Windows
HI all,
Does anyone know if there exists an application for Windows XP that will
allow the end user to type in a form of shorthand? Because I have to type so
much repetitive information when filling out paperwork, as well as replying
to information requests via e-mail, I would like to use my own customized
shorthand to enter single 10 character words or strings of words into edit
fields. I'm referring to edit fields such as the run dialogue, the windows
search, and application specific edit fields. If this ability doesn't
currently exist, does anyone know how I might make this happen?
Thanks,
Matthew
