Hi Suzie,
In one of two ways. With captioning like on TV, which shows the sounds
visually, or in the worse case, with a transcript, like a play. Get the person
in touch with me if they need help.

Subject: Section 508 question
Hi Listers,
I know this is a little off topic. A friend of mine has asked me how an
application's vidios are made accessible to the deaf. I have helped with blind
accessibility, but don't know anything about this.
