Since I brought up rebol's accessibility I thought I would let people know
the response I got from asking about accessibility of the environment so it
was as follows:

Ok, got your message. Here's the answer:

We are working on a new version of REBOL where the environment itself will
be more open and allow for a greater range of accessibility.  Look for it
later in the fall and we look forward to hearing back from you then.
