Hi,
My concern is that Remote Desktop licensing is expensive. And from what I have
been able to figure out, JAWS uses four virtual channels. That means that when
the server gets a lot of people on it, either someone gets kicked off or JAWS
doesn't function optimally. So I was wondering if there's a way around this
limitation.

Good afternoon Jim,
It sounds like you are looking for Application Virtualization. A method that
allows you to virtualize an application across many clients. I have not read
much about this, but imagine that it would not be particularly accessible to
assistive technologies like screen-readers, if this is a concern in your
current situation.
