Is not accepted, or better said, not liked here, because this list is not a simple technical list, but a list of Windows blind users.

Exactly, so why isn't it accepted here then?

Since most quoters use "greater than" as the quote character, I think
a good solution could be worked out by scripting your mail client or your
screen reader with a "don't read quoted text" option.

Of course, if you don't like it you should have a good enough client to block that stuff out and if you need to review it an "unhide quoted text" button...
Windows users...?
Alpine has it. (Remember my basic email client that didn't do very good searches and I used grep?)
