PayPal and Visual Studio 2005

Hi Guys:
Does anyone have experience with the 
PayPal Value Name Pairs version SDK or other versions of PayPal with Visual 
Studio 2005 or 2008?
I downloaded the SDK, read the docs and Read Me files  but am not sure what to 
do next.
I will need, I think, to:
Install the sample project on IIS, I have 5.5, not 6.0 as they describe.
I could create my own Website from scratch with no problem but then what and 
how do I load the necessary PayPal components into the new Visual Studio 
Website?
How do I test the blasted thing, can I test with the VS built-in IP server or 
my IIS 5.5?
Anyway, does anyone have experience with PayPal and VS Website Integration?
