PDF2CHM Converter

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a good pdf to chm converter which can create chapters,
sections and so on, reading information from pdf file into chm.
I often find books in pdf which are very stressfull to navigate quickly.
If you know about other, accessible alternative to chm for pdf tell me the
same
What about FS pdf reader? I've not given it a look.
