I have found that Google's audio captia system works pretty well as it doesn't 
require that you type all of the characters it speaks but, rather, will accept 
a subset if they are in the correct order. I discovered this by accident but 
tried a few more times and verified I was correct in this guess.

I don't know how many of the characters are necessary to meet their threshhold 
for acceptance but someone can probably interpolate and find out if interested.
