Haha, sorry I totally slipped into academic gibberish there, didn't I?

Ok, essentially, I work with computers to try to make them understand what
users want, then facilitate that want/need/desired action
without making the users jump through hoops to do it.

Another tag line could be.

Sina Bahram, I try to make computers suck less!
