RE: MySQL Workbench OSS / SE 5.0.15 RC available for download

Ok, took some time yesterday to checkout the Workbench and found the
following.

Although I approached the product with a real open mind, and with high
hopes, I could not make much of any use out of it. I am a JAWS user, and
found it very difficult to navigate much of the interface. Currently the
Query functionality is not in this release... That is supposed to be
released next. Even though this was build with .net libraries, the
accessibility level is very low.

I could however create database, tables, indeces, foreign keys, triggers,
etc. all through the GUI interface. I had to make use of the JAWS cursor to
read labels and move focus from time to time. The product was not written
with keystroke users in mind.

I like to try to use the products that come bundled from vendors, but at
this time I am going to stay far away from MySQL Workbench. And the MySQL
Query Browser is a little too cumblesome to use.

I'll keep using SQLYog for my querying and MySQL management for now. It
does not have diagramming, but I don't need that.
In anticipation of someone asking about SQLYog, here is the link to the
vendor. I use the free community version.
SQLYog can be found at: http://www.webyog.com/en/
