Subject: MySQL Upload Kind Of Question

Hi,
If I have a database with data already in it that I want to take from my
computer and put on the server without typing it all in and recreating it,
will PHPAdmin or some other tool let me do that? I don't have shell access
and can't run MySQL from the command line on the server. Besides saying yes
or no, can you please give me a hint about which documentation to read?

Thanks.

Jim
