Yeah I am noticing that myself. I just tried to run Oralux on it and kept getting hardware conflicts. Needless to say Oralux never did start talking.

Not sure if this will help or not but here is a list of hotkeys I found for Virtual PC 2007. Most likely because Jaws hooks the keyboard you will need to do a key pass through command to make them work. Virtual PC provides much of the required keyboard functionality through the use of a host key and key combinations. By default the host key is the right 
ALT key. You use the host key in two ways:
* If a virtual machine has captured the pointer, you can press the host key to return control of the mouse to the host computer.
* When Virtual PC is running, you can use the host key in combination with other keys for specific functions. The following table describes the keyboard 
combinations and the functionality that each provides.

Host key+L
Restores Virtual PC Console from a minimized state. Moves Virtual PC Console to the foreground. 
Host key+I
Installs Virtual Machine Additions.

Sends CTRL+ALT+DELETE to the virtual machine operating system.
Host key+P
Pauses or resumes the virtual machine, depending upon its current state.

Closes the virtual machine.

Pastes a copied item.
Host key+A
Selects all.
Host key+E
Opens the virtual machine settings.
Host key+DOWN ARROW
Minimizes the virtual machine.
Host key+LEFT ARROW
Switches to the previous virtual machine when running multiple virtual machines, unless you are using full-screen mode. 
Host key+RIGHT ARROW
Switches to the next virtual machine when running multiple virtual machines, unless you are using full-screen mode.

I've used VPC in the past. The way I managed to use it was to install a screen reader on the hosted operating system. This seemed to work when I tried it back in 2005.
The only problem with this approach is that the screen reader on the host operating system won't pass on some of the keystrokes to the screen reader on the hosted operating system. This tends to be things like the keys to invoke screen reader commands. To get around the problem you can either unload the screen reader on the host operating system whilst you are using VPC, use the screen reader's command to pass a key through, or customise the screen reader.

the systems can be installed on it but the virtual machines screens
are being drawn directly so no screen readers installed on the hiost
machine can read screens from the virtual machines. Other than this
it's a question of preferenses. As most part of things there're
several sites comparing the virtualiuzation technologies, each one
claiming one of them is better than other. I've choosen vmware
although others can choose different solutions.

It could even be a better option for us than VMware, and I heard that other 
systems like Linux can be installed on it.
