Message about speeding up JFW

Hello all,

    I'm not sure that the message I'm interested in was posted on this
list or not.  At any rate, someone posted a message that suggested that
JFW or any running application can be speeded up by assigning more
processing time to the process.  I no longer have that e-mail and I wish
to re-read it for another use at work.  The message was posted in the
last three weeks.  If anyone has this post, can you please re-post it or
