It isn't very accessible. You can try Sodbeans which is a version of netbeans designed for accessibility but it's in pre alpha stage and has to be compiled from source so probably won't be stable enough for you. If your a blind developer chances are you'll have to figure out how to complete a task using technology different from your peers at some point. Look into Eclipse and use that IDE instead of netbeans.
