Looking for network sniffing program

Hello everybody,
I'm looking for a network sniffing program like wireshark, but on windows 7
32 bits and accessible with jaws, which can sniff text or binary based
communication on TCP and UDP.
I need such a program for my studies on some security topics. I'm really not
going to hack or do other illegal things.
Can someone help me ?
