I don't remember if I tried it with NVDA or not.  If it does better
it's probably because it doesn't have display hooks implemented yet
which would trigger the vs2010 UIA to try and customize itself to suit
a screen reader.  I don't feel comfortable enough with NVDA to try
something as tricky and tempramental as programming in c++ with it
yet, though, so, I'll leave that test up to someone more experieinced
with both NVDA and c++ than I.  I've only been doing c++ for about a
month now and NVDA was unknown to me up until late May.  Honestly, the
least stressful way to code for me at present is with EdSharp and the
MinGw compiler from the command line.  Occasionally, I switch over to
Textpad because of the line numbers but, that's it.
