Installing Visual Studio 2008 Pro Question

Hi all:
I have picked up a copy of Visual Studio 2008 Professional. Do you have any 
install pointers before I put the peddle to the metal?
Is there anything you remember about problems during installation with either 
Windoweyes or JAWs. Any features best left UnInstalled from an accessibility 
standpoint?
