Basically the concept behind process priority is related to how an OS
allocates CPU time to a particular process. Thus the greater the
priority, the more the CPU attention a process gets. This results
improved performance for high priority processes compare to that of
low ones.

for us, jaws (to be precise, a screen reader app) is the most
important app so it's likely that we want to have it performed well.
But As I said, we are not required to change the priority of Jaws
always - whenever we feel that Jaws isn't responding as expected on
certain apps, we can use this method as an option.
