Google GroupsKen, I agree. GoogleGroups is fully usable by the blind, even 
account creation can be done without sighted assistance. Good on you!

  I needed to recently put up a email list and decided I would try out google 
groups.  I am writing this to say I was very impressed with how usable and 
accessible the whole set up was.  I don't know how bad free lists is to setup 
but Jim if your ever looking for a place to move this list to again you really 
should try out google groups.  

  I right now am working on setting up my groups web page and the web posting 
interface is simple as well so I am over all impressed.
