Re: Fwd: New List for Programmers and Developers

Well, We've already got three lists for blind programmers I know about:
program-l, which is more on a professional bases, blindgeeks, for bill
to talk about his life's problems and the occasional m$ question, and
here. IMO, that's one to many, and there are probably some I haven't
heard of; why not just have a central repository of knowledge? android
people probably have knowledge in other areas and can both contribute
and learn from other people, so it seems a bit odd to have a list for
android programming, one for Linux programming, etc. What I'm getting at
is the wide categorization. Someone good with Linux programming probably
has experience in LAMP, as well as systems dev, but since they're not
full-time lamp developers, why bother subscribing to a lamp list? I'm
just for consolidating things to a single list (which seems to be
running smoothly).
Hope that cleared things up, and maybe it'll be open for consideration.
