I avoided making it crash my JAWS by using right arrow instead of down arrow.

yes, but with the reading rate I am set at I had no chance to keep that from 
locking up my system, and don't appreciate it being out here to do so.

that type of communication can be done off list where it won't screw up 
other peoples stuff, and since I multi task, he killed several things in one 
fell swoop, so I'm even more aggravated than I was by off list matters!
