The commands are slightly different from jaws.  I actually like NVDA.  It is 
coming along well.

I tried to install it and couldn't get the bloody thing to shut up or turn
off so uninstalled it, if it won't do what I want on those two basic items,
I have no wish to deal with the thing.

No, but, now that this duel video was released, we know it is willing to
kill to get to the top.

I think I would use it if I had not spent so much money on jaws.  Really
have not put it through its paces though. But it is a great concept that can
only get better with the right community.
