FileZilla for FTP. Free, accessible, and only a select few could make
any real complaints with its feature set, IMO.

WinSCP is free and it can be used for SFTP and SCP also, not only FTP.

I also agree Flash FXP is a very, very good FTP client. it costs some
$20, but it was one of the best $20 I've ever spent--would happily
pay $100 for it if need be. If you're connection ever fails you will
be given a message informing you of this as well as a subsequent
message asking you if you want to resume from where your connection
was lost--really, really cool. I don't know how it does the
following, but I had to replace a hard drive which meant I also had
to install flash FXP from scratch, and somehow, after initial
reconfiguration, it maintained available download information from a
previous install at work.

Subject: Ftp Client
Hi Guys:
I just downloaded Ftp Voyager and don't get how it works.
The fact that it is suppose to check the downloaded file against the
original is what I found very interesting.
I have just used Filezilla where I enter the url, userid and password.
Is Voyager a good choice or what about another Client?
So far I just can't figure out how to use Voyager to download a file, I
just see a bunch of pre defined folders at best and have not had luck,
so far, with the documentation.
.
Any help with Voyager or other Client suggestions?
Accessibility and data transfer integrity are most important to me since
I'm downloading some pretty large files.
What are you using?
Sorry if this is a little messy, jaws is reading from the start of each
sentence as I type each letter and even a part of a prior line or
something for the Read Line command, down arrow.!
I'll re boot and keep my fingers crossed.
