On this page, look for heading level 1 relating to kindle eBooks that are free
since they're past copyright age:

Are there any free books out there so we can test the software?

This version of the software is specifically accessible for use on your PC,
and not too sure, but think some books that don't specifically limit audio
output due to copyright issues should be readable on a kindle unit as well, but
really don't know about it's accessibility as such.

    Stay well
