It's just that I've found that converting from PDF into documents such as HTML 
often severely breaks down.

I'm going to get the .tar file to Jamal and The Elf. That will contain the 
entire catalogue in PDF. From there someone can convert
them into whatever format they find useful.

As a result, I'm not going to mail the PDF of the command line manual but, 
rather, I recommend people go to the URL I posted
yesterday and download it as there were too many people who wanted it for me to 
send individual emails.

I hope this works for everyone.
