If the editor has a place to publish it, that would be easiest, since he
or she could then easily post a new version.  If not, however, I'd be
glad to publish it on
http://NonvisualDevelopment.org

and suspect that Inthane would also on
http://GrabBag.AlacornComputer.com

Are you willing to take on the job as editor?  Please only say Yes if
you think you can follow through with helping to recruit contributors,
do the needed writing, etc.
