Try re-installing the JAWS scripts, and make sure you pick the JAWS version you are actually using (the installer lists all those it finds on your system). Although I could give you manual steps for just installing the scripts, the easiest way is probably reinstalling everything with F11 to Elevate, then checking the JAWS scripts option at the end.
