Re: EdSharp

Originally, by design, just as Control+O opens without automatic
conversion, unlike TextPal.  However, I subsequently made Control+O
prompt whether to convert a .rtf file-- the only exception -- so am
persuaded to add a similar prompt to the Paste File command.
