Yes it is.
4. Does Eclipse have a GUI designer and is this accessible?
It doesn't have one or it is absolutely inaccessible. (Unless a new GUI
designer appeared recently.)
5. For GUIs do you use swing or swt? Do you prefer one to the other?
I guess all the blind Java GUIs users prefer SWT because it is much more
responsive and accessible than SWING.
