Ok,

Current order is then:

Mazrui, Jamal and Perry, Ken and Pearson, Will and Roth, Travis and Bahram,
Sina and Torpey, Peter

Since Jamal is now listed as first author, and he wants this ordering, I'm
going to go with this one. Thanks everyone for your responses!
