I need to use Office files because my other colleagues use Office files, and the companies quoted at our stock exchange sometimes send Office files with financial statements, and because our company's standard documents are done using MS Office templates.


But what are the problems of those MS Office files?
Do you know a better accessible spreadsheet than MS Excel?

Google will convert all those Office filetypes to HTML, for what that's worth. Why would you want to use Office and all its clunkiness anyway?
