If we had a web page that supported blind coders and this list was attached
to it I could probably get us in the APH monthly news letter which goes out
to all school systems

One suggestion might be to figure out a way to inform all blind or visually 
impaired students at all High Schools and Universities of this list - 
perhaps through the Screen Reader companies or through tvarious State 
Agencies.
