10 is still in beta, and there hinting at "one more big change" in there  cast 
apparently so it may not be in this beta yet, I'm not sure, I haven't had time 
to go listen to it myself as of yet.

  I don't know about remote admin, but you might wish to check into the jaws 10 
beta work, it was said that jaws 10 will support 64 bit machine/OS systems.

    As you might know this version of MS Exchange runs only under 64Bit windows 
Server 2003/2008.

    At the moment no screen reader can use those systems.

    Does someone have found a way to administrate this server remotely?
