Not correct. Individuals can file section 255 complains. I have done so on
multiple occasions before the recent AFB actions.

If I remember correctly, individuals cannot file 255 complaints but, rather,
must do so as a part of a group. Ergo, AFB is filing a pile of complaints
on behalf of their membership. I think one needs to establish some kind of
class but I can't remember off hand. Janina tends to know this stuff very
well.

Use a simbian based phone with Talks or Mobile Speak Nokia E62 is one model.
Use the BB connect feature available with Simbian. It's quite accessible
from what I can understand. And, if you're in the U.S., file a Section 255
complaint.

Subject: Accessible Blackberry?

The DBA team that I am a member of is going to be using the now famous
Blackberry to do pageouts and for severity 1 alerts. To the best of my
knowledge, this technology is not accessible - does anyone have any
information to the contrary or how the Blackberry can be made to talk?
